Anansi's Web Youth Media Action Project

Anansi’s Web is the youth media action project founded in 2007 by the Central District Organizing Project (CDOP), a grassroots community organization based in the historic Midtown/Central District area of Gary, IN. The 2011 Anansi’s Web interns are high school students developing their own media (video, blog, social media, etc) in order to tell their own stories, and the story of Gary. This blog is an expression of their thoughts and works.

Hey my name is Maurice l. Diggs.

I am 16 year old . I'm from Ford heights the south suburbs of Chicago ILL.

I came to Gray in 2009 i attend Roosevelt CTA. Some of my goals are to finish school go to in finish collage to become a arts. Some of the people i look up to for giving hope in this goals are Martin l. King , Berry Black, in also Tyler Perry. This people are know for standing for what right in never giving up on there in others like me goals in life.
